This page reserves space for sponsor-facing evidence as pilots complete. Until curated stories exist, use the scorecard patterns in enterprise change management and the operational signals in the adoption playbook (ceremony ROI, blueprint freshness, decision velocity).

What we will publish here

• Pilot outcomes — before/after on lead time, escaped defects, release evidence completeness, time in status-only forums
• Anonymized examples — one-pagers: context, scope, what was adopted first, what was explicitly not changed (e.g. SAFe train, Jira, sprint length)
• “What changed / what didn’t” — reinforces that Forge is governed execution, not a mandatory tool rip-and-replace

Contributing a story

When adding a case study, prefer measurable claims tied to definitions (what counts as a Spark, what counts as “decision logged”) and link to methodology pages: why ForgeSDLC, Forge vs traditional, scaling.
